location is good, facilities are good

owner was unethical. She did not inform me about her (imaginary and quite illogical to me) parking rules and then expected me to follow them. When I said that for one she had to state them clearly, especially since they are basically against the laws of physics and reason, and I would have followed them if I knew, though they are against formal logic to me. so this is when she said she will call the police. I said please do, we will laugh together. this is a pretty typical local behaviour, I see this a lot like an expat and it is getting pretty old pretty fast. For the record; I adore Lithuanian police
