Everything you could wish for.

I can say that everything was superlative, and the very large terrace exceeded my expectations. I liked the excellent adaptation of the interior architecture, so that you can benefit from all the conditions of good comfort so that you have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom in an efficiently organized space. You go down with the elevator and when you exit you are in the middle of a tourist area rich in everything you would want from a port city with a diverse commercial and gastronomic waterfront. Here you can benefit from both the sunrise (on the terrace) and the sunset (on the waterfront). I recommend this accommodation. Thank you to the host for the cheerful and warm welcome when handing over the keys and I welcome the written recommendations for staying in this city.

Just perfect

The only thing I can say about the apartment is that it’s flawless – spending time on the terrace is unbelievably enjoyable. The flat is spotlessly clean and brand new. Its location couldn’t be more central. It’s become a place we want to visit every year.

Two Days Accomodation

First of all, the house is exactly as it looks in the photos. The terrace is very very nice, large and with sea view. There's room for two. There is a stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, pans, pots, pans, spoons, forks, etc. and there is a washing machine and iron. There is also a large wardrobe and a safe inside. The location of the house is great, very, very close to restaurants, cafes and the street. You can easily find everything you are looking for. Elisabet contacted us when we first arrived and gave us information about the house. For hot water, you press a button inside the house and it is ready in 20 minutes. The first day I tried it in the evening and the water was not that hot, but during the day it heats up immediately. The bathroom is nice, new and well designed. There are various platforms within TV and also xbox. It is also comfortable to have a sofa at home. My only criticism is that the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and the air conditioning takes time to heat the room if it is cold. But we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you very much. Hope to see you again.

Don’t think further, this is the place you should book now!

Fantastic top floor penthouse apartment with a massive rooftop terrace with brilliant sea view in the very heart of town. Has all amenities, including very fast wifi, a/c and heating. Great host, great communication. I want to live here!

There was nothing I did not like, but just to say this place is best for one or two people. Kitchen is modern and good, but a bit tight and there is no inside dining table. No problem for a solo traveler like me though.

Super zentrale Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, schöner großer Balkon.

Sehr zentral am Leuchtturm und der schönen Promenade und somit sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Kostenloser, bewachter Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ein schöner großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Terrasse mit Meersicht - gedeckt (Sonnenschutz, Tauben/Möven). Zum Hinterhof recht ruhig. Sehr nahe beim KTEL Bus-Bahnhof.

Küchenbereich sehr eng (Durchgang zum Bad/WC). Das wäre für einen längeren Aufenthalt nachteilig.
