Veg restaurants available in walking distance One bathroom has geyser Power backup is available - we had short power cuts and the backup worked good during this time Parking inside gate Good WiFi Smart TV availability Walking distance to Belur UNESCO site Listing owner(Mr. Pavan) is very friendly and understanding. He even refunded extra amount that I sent by mistake- very thankful for this.

No lift available. Should travel light as we have to climb to the first floor with our luggage

The rooms were up to the expectations of an AirBnB or Service Apartment. Neat, clean and all the basic facilities were available with spacious rooms, washrooms, hall, kitchen with utensils and water purifier. Hall had a convertible sofa where 2 people can sleep if there are 6 people. Extra beds were also available.

Even though both the rooms were equipped with solar water heaters, only one room had geyser facility. Since we stayed during the December winter with a family of 4, availability of geyser in both the rooms would have added value to the price. The approach road, connecting to main road is very small. You tend to miss the turn as its very narrow near the main road where only one 4 wheeler can pass through.

Location is a plus

Disturbance from owners in the middle of the night after having a long tired journey. Asking us to pay extra amount because there are more people (point to be noted: is that we already specified it during the booking).
