Fabulous location with uninterrupted sea views and access. Very well located for access to Carnoustie and surrounding areas.
Very close to railway line but this wasn’t an issue and we habituated very quickly.

Enjoyed the porch - a good place to sit when it wasn't warm enough to be outside. Great location so near the beach and water. Easy to find but not a busy part of the town. The parking space was helpful. Even liked the trains!
Minor presentation only - bread board and sticky table. Easy to sort.
