Die Lage ist top.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und unvollständig. Wer vier Betten hat, sollte auch nicht nur zwei Müsli-Schalen haben. Auch anderes Geschirr gab es nicht in ausreichender Menge. Ein Toaster wäre ebenfalls nett.

Wonderful location and beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. Large spacious apartment, with big balcony, sit-out for barbecue
Apartment was not clean, there were spider-webs in bathroom, jet spray in toilet was leaking. Coffee, tea, sugar supplies were sparse....and nearest super market is rather far. The fixtures in the apartment needs to be rectified/replaced. These issues must be rectified, for it to become a top class B&B option.
