The staff, the room, the breakfast, location and most everything was great.
I never received my deposit money back. They took my $50 that I had to pay, and they never returned it. The pool was cloudy, they need to keep up with the chlorine better.

Barn door to bathroom/closet was completely stuck half covering the closet and half covering the bathroom entrance, resulting in NO privacy in bathroom

Parking garage was 3 blocks away, and they charge $10-20 to park. Sink in bathroom didn’t drain properly, but I reported it.

Good polite, professional, and helpful staff. Clean facility, nice clean room, handicapped amenities good (need a lower step-in), and more than adequate breakfast.
Parking is terrible! Had to walk a uneven and uphill block to the parking. I'm handicapped and it was not good. Parking was adequate and easy once one arrives.
