My family loves staying here. Super love! The location is super strategic. Near to public transport, especially trems, many chinese restaurants and hangout places nearby, yet it is quiet, good soundproofing. Comfortable place to stay, spacious, tidy, neat, everything you need is ready, like staying at home. Staff is super friendly and helpful, polite, even the cleaning service is very professional and polite. Service is super. Very beautiful apartment building, nice fragrance at the lobby, look luxurious apartment building.

The apartment is large, very well furnished and extremely clean.

The apartment was in the basement. It was ok, but definitely unexpected. Also, there was no elevator to reach it (again: it was in the basement), which might be an issue for people with accessibility limitations.

Soggiorno davvero impeccabile. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, ben curato e accogliente, con tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza sia delle cialde normali che decaffeinate, così come le ciabattine e tutto il necessario per la cura personale. Il letto è comodissimo, ho dormito benissimo, e nel complesso non riesco a trovare alcuna pecca. Considerando anche la posizione e il fatto che siamo a Milano, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sorprendente. È senza dubbio il miglior posto in cui abbia soggiornato negli ultimi tempi. Consigliatissimo ✨

Für mich war es kein gutes Erlebnis

Obwohl ich meine Ankunft eine Stunde vorher mitgeteilt hatte, gab es eine lange Wartezeit bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Vorher musste ich die Übernachtungssteuer vorab an ihn überweisen und ihm den Zahlungsbeleg zuschicken – darauf hat er bestanden, ausschließlich per Internet bzw. WhatsApp. Außerdem verlangte er zuerst ein Foto meines Reisepasses zur Identifizierung, was sehr unseriös und unprofessionell wirkte. Dabei erhält der Gastgeber bei einer Buchung über Booking.com ohnehin bereits alle Angaben der Gäste – das Theater mit meinem Reisepass war also völlig unnötig. Er hatte außerdem den Übernachtungsbetrag bereits im Voraus über Booking.com erhalten, es bestand somit keinerlei Risiko für ihn. Sein Verhalten war deshalb nicht nett und geeignet, Gäste zu verunsichern. Die Adresse war zudem nicht eindeutig, da die Hausnummer fehlte. Ich musste bei Booking.com anrufen, doch auch dort konnte man mir keine genaue Adresse nennen. Das führte zu großem Stress und einer langen Wartezeit auf den Schlüssel. Schließlich musste jemand zu uns kommen, sonst hätte er mir lediglich die Anweisung zur automatischen Öffnung der Tür geschickt.

La décoration du plafond treeeeees particulière La douche un peu galère à utiliser Le manque d’une poêle pour cuisiner (juste une poêle pour un oeuf de dispo) et le manque de torchon pour les mains / vaisselles. Un deal et plus d’explication pour le parking (a prévoir en plus de la réservation 30e / jours) Avoir un guide de milan serait un plus

La casa era ben organizzata con gli spazi ci si spostava tranquillamente, il bagno pulitissimo, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e per non farci mancare niente avevano lasciato condizionatore accesso prima che arrivassimo, due bottigliette d’acqua in frigo che sono state apprezzatissime così come le cialde per il caffè e le ciabattine. Grazie veramente e stato il soggiorno a Milano migliore fino ad ora

Posizione eccellente. Appartamento molto carino e confortevole. Adatto a due persone Lo staff è supedisponibile e accogliente. Ottima comunicazione. Il check-in semplice e veloce. Non c'è la fermata della Metro ma con il tram si arriva ovunque in pochi minuti

Complessivamente bella esperienza

Servizi e trasporti vicini, a meno di 500 m dal luogo che dovevo raggiungere. Camera ampia, letto molto comodo. Bagno fornito di tutto.

Un fischio continuo di giorno e di notte, non so dovuto a cosa, mi ha costretto a dormire e a lavorare con la finestra chiusa. Non sono riuscita a vedere la TV e l'assistenza fornitami non è stata tempestiva nè efficace. Fattura non valida ai fini fiscali, rimborso non effettuato dalla mia Azienda.

Muito bom mas poderia ser melhor pelo que cobram.

A acomodação fica extremamente bem localizada próximo ao bairro de Brera. Fácil de se locomover de lá para todos os outros pontos da cidade através de transporte público. Bons restaurantes com estilo asiático na região. O atendimento da equipe foi bom durante toda a estadia. O apartamento é muito amplo e tem praticamente tudo o que você precisa para a sua estadia. O prédio é novo e seguro. As toalhas, travesseiros e lençóis eram muito bons.

O ar-condicionado não funcionou durante todos os dias que ficamos no apartamento. Demos sorte que não eram dias totalmente quentes mas tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas. Imagino que no verão seja bem difícil de se hospedar lá se o ar-condicionado não funcionar. Depois de alguns dias tentando fazer ligar o ar e questionando o proprietário o mesmo nos informou que o ar-condicionado é desligado no prédio inteiro, isso devia ter sido sinalizado no anúncio. Faltam locais para pendurar as toalhas no banheiro e pelo tamanho do apartamento poderiam ter uma máquina de lavar roupas, no banheiro tem até espaço pra uma e pontos de água. O banheiro era muito escuro, falta luz. Achamos uma hospedagem bem cara para não ter esses itens acima.

Emplacement idéal et confort optimal

Appartement spacieux et très confortable, très bien équipé, dans un immeuble très récent et sécurisé. Le quartier est calme, à 5 minutes à pied du métro ou du tramway. L'accueil est vraiment agréable et sympa, très bonne communication de la part d'Edoardo et Stefano. Un très bon choix pour visiter Milan et profiter du quartier de Chinatown sans les inconvénients du centre ville !

Vieles Positives, aber auch einiges Negatives

Der Gastgeber Edoardo war ein sehr netter Typ, hat uns sehr nett empfangen (zwar mit einer kleinen Verspätung, war aber nicht so schlimm.) Hat uns alles genau erklärt. Das Apartment hat die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Sehr viele Küchenuntensilien vorhanden, alles top.

Die Kleiderschränke waren zum Teil etwas (sehr) staubig drinnen. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer ist irgendwie defekt, war selbst nach dem abdrehen noch stundenlang richtig heiß. Die Lage ist nur ein "geht so"... Die Leute, die im selben Gebäude wohnen nehmen irgendwie absolut null Rücksicht auf andere, mitten in der Nacht wird mit dem Zaun ein fettes Geräusch gemacht. Die Fenster waren auch nur "geht so" - man muss die Vorhänge davor geben, damit niemand reinschauen kann in den "Keller" - es waren sehr, sehr viele neugierige Blicke vorhanden.
