    I checked in late in the evening, and stayed here because I needed a place close to the metro station. Worst decision ever. First thing, the lift wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage to the floor where my room was. The bedsheet of the room had holes and stains. The wall paints were pealing off. The nightmare was when I went into the washroom, and the water pressure was such that I couldn't wash my hands without touching the dirt sink at all. I asked for a room change, which they did. The bedsheet, paint, etc had the same issues. Plus, the latch of the door was broken, which was scary for me as I was a lone female. I managed with the bolt. Another nightmare awaited when I entered the washroom, the toilet seat had water all over it. Having lost all hopes, I asked them for toilet paper so I could clean it myself. They said they didn't have any, and it couldn't be provided to me till the next day. Worst of all, I had booked a room with breakfast, which I was told would be available starting from 9 am. I had to leave for meeting by 10. When I went to ask for breakfast, the person at the reception very casually told me that their cook was on leave, and that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them to pay me, so I could eat outside as they should have provided b/f. They flat out refused and kept arguing and fighting. Finally they said they'd order breakfast from outside, and that it'd he there in 15 mins. They made me wait 55 mins, but still no breakfast. At that point I had lost my temper and developed a migraine, and had to go for my meeting hungry, and was super delayed too. Their breakfast was delivered in a flimsy polythene bag right as my cab arrived, and I refused to take that breakfast. I would caution everyone against taking the rating seriously, and never considering this place for a stay.

    Had a wonderful stay at Super Townhouse Sector 51 Noida Metro Station. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially with the metro station nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay in Noida. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers!

    My stay at Super Townhouse Sector 51 Noida Metro Station was absolutely delightful! The hotel is in a prime location near the metro, making travel very convenient. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent hospitality made my visit truly memorable.
