The view is wonderful. The house is lovely. The people are nice. The South-Tyrol food is good and abundant.
The place must be reached on foot, which makes it tiring at the end of a long hike: parking places are only along the main road. It isn’t in the Alpe di Siusi as I asked to Booking, but in a nearby valley: to get to the place I wanted I needed either to climb some mountains or to go down the valley and up again in the next one. Booking and their hotels must stop to judge distance by just looking at maps: some time there are rivers, mountains or seas between apparently near places.

Die Lage und der Garten sind einfach ein Traum. Die Berghütte ist der ideale Ort, um in familiärer Atmosphäre die Batterien nach einer langen Wandertour wieder aufzuladen. Renate hat sich super um uns gekümmert.

-Le cadre est adapté aux randonneurs recherchant une expérience en pleine nature. -Le dîner était inclus dans le prix (bien que cela n’ait pas été mentionné clairement lors de la réservation).
-L’établissement est en réalité un refuge, et non un hôtel classique, ce qui n’était pas précisé. -Plus d’une heure de marche pour y accéder, sans en avoir été informés avant la réservation. -Absence de services de base attendus dans un hôtel : pas de gel douche, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de mouchoirs… -Aucune communication claire sur les horaires à respecter (arrivée avant 19h pour le dîner). -Refus de nous raccompagner à notre voiture le lendemain matin, faute d’avoir prévenu à l’avance.
