Mieszkanie ogólnie ok, ale niestety niewarte swojej ceny
Za tak wygórowaną cenę jak na dość standardowe warunki spodziewałabym się przynajmniej papieru toaletowego… Czystość tez pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Znalezienie mieszkania graniczyło z cudem. Nawet mieszkańcy osiedla nie byli w stanie pomóc. Może warto byłoby dołączać jakąś mapkę. No i najważniejsze: proszę w ofercie nie pisać, że jest dostępny parking, skoro go nie ma. Można zaparkować teoretycznie na pobliskich ulicach, ale właśnie - teoretycznie. W praktyce miejsca nie było i trzeba było krążyć po okolicy, żeby znaleźć cokolwiek. A potem jeszcze spacer z bagażami w labiryncie osiedlowych klatek. Proszę oznaczyć, że parkingu po prostu nie ma i nie wprowadzać klientów w błąd!

Дуже зручна квартира. Поряд зупинка в шаговій доступності, магазини. Великий балкон. Зручно, що спальня і кухня вітальня окремо і наче ізольовано. Той хто у вітальні взагалі не заважає тому хто в спальні, це якщо приїхали вдвох і спите в різних кімнатах. Співвідношення ціна/комфорт супер. Рекомендую!

Хорошее расположение квартиры - всё в шаговой доступности. Ремонт не идеален, но 4 из 5 заслуживает.
Не дали код от калитки которая перед подъездом, пришлось пол дня вызванивать и узнавать. Требуйте два кода- один од подъезда и от калитки, чтобы не ходить кругами или ждать пока другие откроют. В одной из комнат окно сломано и не плотно закрывается..
