Location was good. Apartment was spacious.
Arranged a time to pick the keys up and shortened my holiday in another part of the country to arrive on time. They had sent multiple emails about arriving on time. When I got there, there was a 30 minute queue. When I got to the desk, I was told to come back 2 hours later and still had to queue for another 20 minutes. Check in time was very late, check out time was very early. There was no hot water.

Good location and equipment in the apartment
Comfortable not too soft, not too hard beds.
Easy to find parking next to the apartment
The dishes were dirty and I think one of the plastic chairs on the terrace was broken since it cracked when a 60 kg woman sat in it.
