Airconditioning in apartment, two bathrooms. Well equipped with laundry. Very importantly if you are driving to Lake Como, it came with a parking box nearby!!! Parking is incredibly difficult in Como so the parking box is really useful.
Not a major flaw but good to note that the airconditioning on the first floor is only in the kitchen, and it doesn't really get to the bedroom (no a/c) there.
