It was big enough for us and had plenty of room to spread out. We had 4 adults and a toddler. The back yard was private and fenced which was nice.
There was no propane or rocks in fire pit, which would have been nice and no propane for the grill. We refilled one of two propane tanks for $35 and only used the grill one time.
The location was not the best for us but the price was good for the property.
