Good location to DRIVE to shops, restaurants and the SKI RESORT. This was advertised as STEPS TO THE SKI LIFT. It is not. It is a half mile, uphill walk. If you are carrying your skiing gear, this is not practical. This should not be advertised as … steps to the lift.
The heating system is totally wonky. If you set the central air system to 68, the upstairs room vents blast out all the heated air, raising the bedroom temperatures to 75 degrees, while the downstairs living area barely makes it to 68. The owners placed stand alone room fans in the upstairs bedrooms to help move the hot air around. The kitchen has no heating vents so it is always cold. There was only ONE kitchen towel. The advertised hot tub would not heat above 80. We called maintenance who came out and ‘fixed’ it. It started heating up, but after 15 minutes, it stopped heating and shut off. This place is ‘over advertised, under delivered’.
