The apartment is very clean and pleasant and quiet. The owners are very nice and helpful. It’s just a short walk to the center of San Giovanni and Cammaratta. A supermarket is a across the street and there are restaurants nearby as well. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor of the same building as the guest house.

Carlo was very welcoming, explained me everything about his very modern appartment, full of switches ;-). The place is very comfortable and was spotlessly clean ! Kitchen and bathroom are top notch. Warm water is almost instant, a rarity ! Extensive visit cards and menus to eat in the city are available. Thanks Carlo for hosting me and giving me a place to store my bicycle securely.
Bed was a bit too soft for me but I'm over 100kg... It's anyway a matter of personal taste.

Casa nuovissima, accogliente e molto funzionale. Completa di tutto, con un sistema di Riscaldamento a terra ottimale per questi mesi freddi. A nemmeno 300 metri dal centro. Super consigliata.
