Is ok for one night. Comfortable bed but room quite small.

Ease of gaining access to the property. Parking but can be difficult when the restaurant is open.

Great location, comfortable room (double), warm, quiet. I stays at this place 4 Saturdays in the past 2 months due to my sports massage course; this was the closest hotel to the venue. Simply outstanding value for money! If you are a tall person (like me), better take the double room. I highly recommend this place.

good beds, good tv, lot of space and very warm

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and well made.

The steep stairs up to the hotel are rather dodgy at times. My bathroom sink had debris from a mirror ontop of it. The shower door came off mid shower (it was an easy fix but still).

Excellent, couldn’t fault it. Nice bar downstairs with friendly staff, visited for the Darts so unfortunately couldn’t sample the restaurant and grill as it was closed but a good takeaway close by. Perfect location for anyone visiting for an event at the Mattioli arena! 5 minute Uber away

Good cozy room

Small cosy room. Shower not powerful. It is clean and tidy and suited my purposes. The rooms are above a pub.

No parking at the pub when I arrived. It seemed to be full of work vans which seemed to be associated with the pub. I had to park behind the street.

Clean, attractive rooms near the space centre

Very clean, nicely presented room. Modern bathroom with hair and shower gel provided. Kettle with tea and coffee, biscuits. Comfy bed. Easy to park midweek. Perfect location for the Space Centre.

Room was very small but I knew that before I booked and it wasn’t a problem. It was a double but I was on my own - not sure it would be great for two people.

Lovely place but seemed to have an off day on cleaning

Some towels had marks on them, not all bins emptied..

Good location, able to let yourself in and out at any time. Ideal for the National Space Centre

Liked the location, biscuits, large telly, cleanliness, being able to park for free, self access (eventually)

The shower was a bit weak, also an overflow pipe sticking out of the wall by the stairway that my wife caught her arm on. Being faced with a blank keypad on the entrance doorway until we figured out how to use it. Keep knocking our knees on corner of bed when moving around the bed.

The bed super comfy, fan in the room, very clean, incredible Indian restaurant downstairs and tv was great with smart functions YouTube Netflix etc

The parking wasn’t easy in the evening, stairs were steep thin treads handrails slippery in the rain and door combo lock wasn’t easy as it reset too quick

It is near the Space Museum.

The noisy traffic, room was too hot, fag ends and litter in the beer garden (aka astroturf in a yard), no human contact regarding accommodation, no breakfast even though their sign says B&B, very officious text message giving access instructions.

I left within the hour as it was noisy and unpleasant.

The only upside was that I received a full refund after choosing to check out immediately. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

This was honestly a very disappointing experience. Access to the building was via a steep, fire escape-style staircase — almost impossible with luggage and definitely not safe. It didn’t feel like a hotel entrance at all. Inside, there was a strange, musty smell that hit you straight away, and a sign warning that police would be called if there was any drug use, which didn’t exactly create a reassuring or professional impression. And yes there is a TV but it doesn’t have Sky or Free View so useless to me. The hotel is located directly above a busy restaurant — not a five-star establishment by any stretch. Outside the window, there were groups of men and kids smoking and talking loudly, which made it feel more like a noisy back alley than a place to rest. The room was clean, technically, but very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. I also felt quite itchy while in the room, which made me question how clean things really were.

Nice and clean.

The smell of curry most of the time. Also not enough room in the room could barely get into the bathroom due to bed being in the way of the door. Ended up pushing the bed further towards the opposite wall. Main door also hit the bed coming in.

Broadway Rooms review

Very easy to book in. No staff, all dealt with by messages and it was very efficient. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Ample towels, good sized T.V. Very good shower. On site parking. Very near the Space Centre which we were visiting. Very good value.

The extraction system for the Asian restaurant below was inadequate and as a result, cooking odours were everywhere. There was quite a lot of rubbish and cigarette ends around the restaurant/ pub below, which the proprietor could clean up regularly. However as a budget room, the facilities and overall quality was good.
