The property itself was nice villa with plenty of space. The pool is a good size and works well. There is Aircon in every room and it works very well. There is lots of inside and outside space for relaxing and dining.

The property was not very clean both inside and on the terraces. Dust and cobwebs inside and the indoor BBQ had not been cleaned. The terraces were covered in dust and bird droppings. A few parts of the property are run down. Such as the patio furniture and a handle on the kitchen bin drawer falling off. We asked for it to be addressed but after 2 visits from staff it was still not ideal and we just decided to get on with it and enjoy our holiday. With it being rural there are a lot of flies all day but it did calm down at night. With us moving in and out of the villa they made their way inside as well. There is only 1 bathroom upstairs for 3 of the bedrooms to share. The integrated water/ice machine and bean to cup coffee machine do not work but there is a dolce gusto pod machine. We were only provided one remote for the electric gates which meant going out took some planning to make sure the first car back had the remote The patio furniture is a bit run down. The property did not feel prepped or ready for our arrival. The main oven/microwave combo does not seem to cook food very well. At times there was a sewerage smell. We had 3 cockroaches in the property during the week. Being a rural area there were some farm dogs that would bark a lot near the property. The palm trees had blossomed and we're dropping a lot of flowers into the pool so we had to regularly use the net to clean it. A lot of wasps congregated around the pool steps and in the water. There was a musty stale smell, possible from the old wooden furniture, when we first arrived that faded as time went on.
