THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. The apartment, the location, and the hosts’ attention to detail were the perfect combination to make our stay unbeatable. A very comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet place. I must THANK THE HOST, who kindly solved a problem that was in unrelated to him or the accommodation, something very few people would be willing to do for a stranger. A wonderful person and an experience I will never forget with my family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rundherum viele Restaurants, gleich neben dem Haus ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Man wird auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, geführt.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, viele Kleinigkeiten, gutes W-Lan.
2 große Probleme: Es gibt nur eine Schlüsselkarte. Wenn einer weggeht, muss er beim Heimkommen den anderen herausläuten.
Die Klimanalage ist im 1. Stock auf 24° gedrosselt, das heißt, man kann keine niedrigere Temperatur einstellen. Ravenna bei 38°, bei Ankunft hatte es im Haus 35°, die Anlage konnte es nicht herunterkühlen, kaum auszuhalten.
