The rooms were pretty big and decent minus refrigerator.
The bed was comfy and the sofa decent enough.
The washroom was ok with no distinct space for taking bath, so when you take a bath, the entire washroom becomes wet.
The taps has limescale marks and not sparkling at all.
The breakfast was much below expectations. It seems the hotel has tied up with a restaurant at the hotel basement who primarily serve South Indian. It was very limited with unfriendly restaurant staff.
Many things....Good washroom with no bucket and marked area for bathing.
Secondly, the breakfast and the serving staff.
The lift is too cramped.
The hotel staff are also not professional and have an air of hotels 20 years ago jahan kuch bhi chalta tha.

The service was speedy, but the most was the exceptional cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. Every area was spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
