Ubicación y belleza del edificio medieval donde se emplaza.
La vista es sobre los techos restaurantes, que emiten ruidos y olores a comida. Se debe mantener la ventana cerrada y las vistas se perjudican por eso. Además un tercer piso sin ascensor en escalera caracol dificulta el porte de equipaje pesado.

Muy buena ubicación en Tossa, y el apartamente es muy bonito. Todo bien, excepto el servicio de limpieza al que se hace referencia en el apartado siguiente.
El servicio de limpieza. Una mujer entró el último día en la habitación directamente sin avisar, y nos dijo de muy mala gana y educación que teníamos que irnos (era la que estaba limpiando los apartamentos). Eran las 10:10 de la mañana, la salida era a las 11, pero teníamos permiso de la propietaria para salir a las 11:30. Con muy malos modos nos dijo que nos teníamos que ir (a las 10:10, cuando podíamos salir a las 11:30), era el día de año nuevo, el día 1 de enero.
