The location was great, though a bit hard to find at first. Fresh and newly built, but with some construction errors, see below. The pool was really nice when the beach was too windy. Close to the farmers market and also where the closest recycling bins are (Mercado 25 de Abril, open until 13:00). Easy to park and easy check in with the key box.

General Hard to find the right building at first since there are no signs for Don Tenorio so we had to ask the construction workers if it was the right place. Will probably be fixed since there is still construction going on (that didn't disturb us during the time we stayed there) Room for improvement: there could have been some paper in the apartment with instructions and tips, e.g. information regarding check out, where to find the nearest recycling bin etc. Interior and furnishing Watch out for the glass table in the kitchen, I walked into the corner three times and got a cpuple of bruises on the leg. The beds are extremely soft, if you like soft beds they are great if not you will have back problems, our group had differing thoughts about this. Not enough hangers for towels in the bathroom if you are more than two people. Cleaning The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned so we had to clean at least the WC when we arrived. The dishes weren't propely washed. Build quality The shower doesn't drain propely due to the wrong grading in the shower, but it was a minor issue and we've stayed at places where it was worse. The barbeque was riduculously stupidly installed on the balcony with no exhaust for the smoke so the smoke stained the roof, wall and went into the apartment if the door was open. Also when the neighbours below had a barbeque the smoke went into the apartment if you left the door open, and clothes left out smelled like smoke. The barbeques are installed stupidly like that all over the whole complex without any thought of how to get the smoke away from the building.. The washing machine wasn't properly connected to the sewage line due to a missing connector so the apartment smelled like sewage 2/3 of the time. But they said it would be fixed ASAP, but it should honestly have been discovered earlier and fixed from the start (don't people ask questions when an apartment smells like sewage?
