Struttura nuova , fornita di tutto .ottima posizione

Adatto più per due persone che per 3 o 4 come descritto, il divano letto è più un divano che un letto . L’aria condizionata , che non funziona molto bene , è solo in camera da letto e questo nei periodi più caldi dell’anno è un grosso limite. Consiglio di posizionare uno split anche in soggiorno. Servizi idraulici e rubinetteria da migliorare decisamente

A lovely newly reno’d apartment underneath the owner’s home. Very clean and comfortable, spacious, comfy bed with a good sized bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Plus very good amenities in the kitchen. The property is a 2 minute walk from the pretty harbour with lots of bars and restaurants, so very convenient, and only a 20 min drive from the Epidaurus archaeological site.

It seems it is still to be finished so there are still open pipes throughout the property awaiting further amenities (bedside lights in bedroom, towel rail in bathroom, maybe a washing machine?) Be aware there is only AC in the bedroom currently, not in the main living area at this stage, so it did get quite hot. Assuming these things will come in time? It didn’t detract from our stay however.
