I was calling these guys at 9 pm and they still answered my annoying questions about the property. Which were manor, to say the least, a real testament to their level of customer service. The apartment was lovely everything that we need needed between the two of us! It was a good stay and central within the Tunbridge Wells area, with everything within walking distance. The rooms where clean, the towels fresh, cutlery all ready to use. What more do you want, book it and enjoy!
No much to say here, but I suppose we need to be balanced with our review. Parking is not right outside the property rather slightly away (2min walk) for non-permitted parking. Accessibility for wheelchairs is pretty difficult. I would also recommend that the team have some spare bed sheets and covers for the pull-out bed.

Lovely lay out of the property making it comfortable. Perfect location for my needs and great customer service. Very comfortable bed as well!
There is really nothing bad to say about the property, I felt it was great value for money.

Nothing and didn’t stay there . Full of black mould
Black mould , damp and no central heating . Awful to get to outside and no parking
