Family home with free parking close to everything

Property was close to our event had everything we needed

The property, definitely needs some upkeep. There was a bit of damage. Just needs some love.

I was given a text message with a code for the front door prior to arrival.

Easy to book. Owner answered phone quickly to resolve entry issue.

Issues to note. Photographs taken on arrival late last night. Toilet roll holder broken. Bedroom at rear on right side, leg bases about to break on weird angle, same room the fan knob is missing. Heavy damage to side tables and walls. Also noted damage to other rear room wall. Bathroom left with old used cracked soap. Tv remove doesn’t match brand, and while does work to turn on tv, note the tv remote had tape on the back of it and the right arrow button doesn’t work. So didn’t bother using. Would recommend changing bed location in room opposite garage, you can’t easily access any power points in that room. Unsure if we were ment to have access to garage for cars but there was stuff in the garage. Draw on side table in 3rd room at back also broken. Also consider noting in add door pin will be sent in message, as the confirmation sheet states booking number and pin. Causes much confusion as this appears to be the house door pin.
