You get what you pay for

Location is good, close to the center and the beach. There is a convenient parking right next to the building (free). The terrace faces east, so it's very pleasant in the evening, no sun in your eyes, nice breeze.

The beds in this apartment are the worst we have ever slept in. And I grew up during comunism, so I have had my fair share of uncomfortable bedding... They practically have no matress, this must be what it feels to sleep in prison. The owners are a cute old couple, however they speak zero English. The place was cleanED but I wouldn't call it clean per se. It's old, everything is at leat 50 years old (think furniture, tiles, etc). But, I guess you get what you pay for.

Doesn't meet standards for 2025. Basic. Cheap. Old.

+ Good location. Close to the center and beach but away from all the noise. Silent. + Next to a mini market. + It has a little kitchen and a good small refrigerator. Property provided dishes and cooking pots/pan. However, dish soap or sponge is not provided and you need to purchase it yourself. Providing this small detail could improve overall guest experience with close to zero value expenses for the property. + The staff was friendly and polite. + They did their best to assist with parking next to the property. There is no housekeeping, but they provide you with a broom and mop..so good for those people who don't like maids coming to their room. Many mosquitoes and no nets on the balcony doors.. they've provided an electric device for mosquitoes.. however it didn't do much. Make sure you get one of your own which would be more effective if you visit the place.

*Ants in the bathroom and kitchen. And no we didn't leave any food out to attract them *Broken shower base that somebody already tried to glue, however unsuccessfully so you could only have a shower while holding the showerhead in hand. *The shower had no drain cover..just a hole in the floor. *No anti slip mat in shower. And spippery tiles. * Water pressure was inconsistent and hot water was stopping from time to time while having a shower, probably because the other room was using it simultaneously. *Very bad mattress..must be 40 years old.. all squeaky and really NOT comfortable. *Air conditioner water outlet is made to drip straight on the balcony floor... and then it takes 3 meters to reach the drain hole..making one side of the balcony constantly wet.. a little collection bucket would highly improve the situation.

Lep smeštaj na lepoj lokaciji.

Odlična lokacija, sve je blizu. Domaćica je bila ljubazna i fina. Smeštaj ima sve što je potrebno, dovoljno peškira, fen za kosu, kupatilo je novo i lepo, sve je čisto uredno. Pored je veliki parking.

Vrata od kupatila se teže zatvaraju, posuđe bi moglo da bude malo raznovrsnije. U suštini ništa bitno ni presudno, sitnice.

Ефтин хотел с лоша хигиена.

Има частен паркинг, което е удобство. За съжаление обаче е толкова пренаселен , че вкараш ли си автомобила , не можеш да го изкараш без да разместиш поне два други автомобила.

За седм дни престой не ни смениха чаршафите и хавлиите нито веднъж и никой не почисти стаята. Стаята беше супер малка за трима човека. Банята беше много тясна, едва се завъташ вътре. Кошчето за отпадъци си го изхвърляхме сами.
