I wouldn't go there again
The host is a nice guy. The bed is not bad, it's big and good. The location was also good for me.
The bathroom is tiny, cramped, you cannot sit on the toilet bowl unless you squeeze your legs. Very inconvenient. There was a leftover empty transparent bag of a used disposable shower gel in the shower. Hair on the sheets when I pulled the cover to go to sleep. Pillow is uncomfortable, to high for my head, so I didn't rest well, my neck hurt. There was no smaller pillow for alternative. The room is also very small. The host was smoking when I came, and entered the room smoking, which I resented a bit, as a non-smoker. All in all, I was coming back to Torino the next week, and I didn't go there again. I booked another accommodation for the same price, which was incomparably better.

Non andate in questo postaccio. La proprietaria vi darà una stanza in mezzo a due case intere dove affitta a dei poveri cristi, chissà come farà con l’intestazione delle bollette! Non ci vuole un genio a capire che si approfitta delle persone oneste. Al piano di sotto c’è una pizzeria dove il sabato fanno un casino atroce, i muri tremano dal rumore. Abbiamo chiesto di abbassare e ci hanno aggrediti, il mio compagno è stato preso per il collo. La polizia non è nemmeno arrivata, siamo stati chiusi in camera terrorizzati e siamo andati via prima per paura di ripercussioni. Che schifo.

Par conséquent, on dirait que tout a été fait pour créer de l'ambiguïté. Au vu des photos et du maigre descriptif dans l'annonce, on a quasi l'impression qu'il pourrait s'agir d'un hôtel.
