Good location. The staff in the building are very kind and helpful.

I had an issue with the air-conditioner which took Conviva 1 week to respond to. I had to contact multiple times via WhatsApp and for several times with no response at all. Then I had an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan, which was falling from the ceiling. The issue was never resolved. Also, the pictures in the reservation showed a vacuum cleaner, indicating cleaning equipment would be available, but that was not available. When I contacted them asking for equipment to clean the floor, they said I should pay a maid service to clean the apartment.

Espacio muy reducido para 3 personas pero por el precio no estaba mal. El baño estaba atascado pero usábamos los del recibidor y estaban limpios

The gym facilities were great. It was very safe due to security protocols. There was a supermarket in the basement. The location was great.

The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (and you cannot put toilet roll down the toilet so this bin was not fun), we were only given one towel each and when asked about providing more they said we would be charged (we didn’t have a towel for the pool for example). This would’ve been okay but the towels were not changed during the stay and didn’t dry in-between washes. There was a nespresso machine but no coffee available to use. We asked for early check-in but it wasn’t available (which we understood) but we landed into São Paulo at 6am so then when asked if we could at least leave our luggage they said they could facilitate this because it was a private apartment block. This was a real shame as when we arrived to check in it seems that it would’ve been possible as there was a concierge desk for the block.
