The location was handy for everything. There are restaurants very close and a supermarket over the road for emergency supplies ie prosecco!
And Stefano was fabulous to deal with, very prompt with any questions I had

Lots of little thoughtful extras in bathroom and kitchen. Easy communication with host, who we never saw. Convienent grocery store just across the street, if you don't get run over by traffic....
Both bedrooms faced a very noisy street with buses, cars all day. Only quiet from 1am to 5 am. The kitchen and bathroom faced a small courtyard that was filled with more than 20 garbage cans from the businesses on the ground floor. At 5 am a woman came to empty the cans, breakdown boxes and washout the cans. That too was massively noisy. If noise bothers you, I would give this one a miss.
