Katastrophe! Schimmel im Kinderzimmer, Geld zurück gibt es hier nicht, ABZOCKE
Eine absolute Katastrophe von A bis Z. Schimmel im Kinderzimmer.
Im Kinderzimmer waren die Wände voller Schimmel. Wir haben den Fabio von dieser dubiosen Firma CleanBnB kontaktiert und gesagt, er soll uns bitte eine Alternative anbieten da wir auf keinen Fall in einer so verschimmelten Bude unsere Kinder übernachten lassen wollen. Er meinte nur er kann am nächsten Tag mal jemand zum streichen schicken. Wir haben dankend abgelehnt, Chemie und dann sollten die Kinder da schlafen? Ernsthaft. Er meinte dann wir sollen uns doch einfach was anderes suchen. Wir haben natürlich am nächsten Morgen sofort ausgecheckt. Booking haben wir noch am ersten Abend telefonisch darüber informiert. Jetzt wo es an die Rückerstattung von 3 Nächten geht sowie eine Teilentschädigung für die erste Nacht kommt doch tatsächlich die Anwort, dass der Schimmel ja nur über dem Fenster wirklich vorhanden ist und ich hätte doch einen Filter für die Bilder benutzt. Schon klar, hier geht es jetzt nur ums Geld, abgezockt wurden wir. Niemand kann in diesem Kinderzimmer schlafen , aber schaut euch einfach die Bilder an. Man kann nur hoffen dass Booking dieses Apartment umgehend sperrt.
