We both loved the amenities for the facility, and distance to the beach. We thought it was a great centralized location to the airport, center part of town, and restaurants. We will go there again! The lack of AC was not noticed, for the fans to cool down the rooms worked great! We loved the small first-aid kit - we took it with us, just in case, when we went hiking (and put it back before we left).

We didn't know there was going to be a lockbox to get the key. There was a helpful resident who told us about it and where it was. The email sent to us did not have the code to the lockbox, so we had to call the 800 number to get it. After a few tries (the initial code he gave us was unclear), we finally got into the elevator. When we got to the unit, we tried the door code a few times until it worked. Throughout the entire 7-day holiday, we had to punch in the code many many times before we "timed" it right.

It was very difficult to get the keys from the lock box because I wasn't sent a code. Being from the UK it is extremely expensive to get mobile phone data but I had to use it to call the accommodation management company.
