Location to the best beach in Horcón. Public access to this beach is a very steep, narrow, never ending 1000-plus steps stairway. Going down is not an issue, it is the return that makes it a nightmare for everyone, for fit individuals and far worse for those who may have fitness issues. A nightmare which can be avoided if you stay at Condominios CauCau. The private entrance to the beach is a breezy 20 steps which we loved, with a private space with beach chairs to just sit back and relax. If you feel like walking out into the beach, you can walk all the way to the end of the cove. There are very few people because of the nightmare stairway so the beach is almost never crowded.
It has amenities which cannot be used - closed only to be open January - February. Makes no sense since people come here year round.
