El punto fuerte del alojamiento es su ubicación, prácticamente en el centro de Aveiro (además de haber bastante facilidad de aparcamiento por la zona). También destaco la tranquilidad. En general, y por lo que a relación calidad precio se refiere, me parece una buena opción para escapadas a Aveiro.
Merecería la pena revisar las humedades del piso, es cierto que está cuidado y atendido, pero al final acaba oliendo a humedad.

Como comentario Un poco justa la escalera y una mejora de mampara de ducha , Como la principal ventilación es la puerta y esta en alto el apartamento se nota que entra bastante polvo. Todo limpio pero hay que aspirar alfombra y las cortinas de puerta o limpiarlas más a menuda por esta polvorienta. Al dormir se nota el polvo. Además store revisar para bajarlo y que no entre la luz por la noche

La ubicación es buena
Las fotos no corresponden con la situación actual del apartamento. Estuvimos solo una noche, y había muchísima humedad en la casa. El jardín bastante descuidado y compartido con los dueños, que no sería un problema si no fuera porque tienen un gato que se cuela en la casa cada vez que puede. Además, la limpieza del piso dejaba bastante que desear
