Location is excellent. Host very quickly replied and sent a plumber to fix a few things in the space, we were very impressed with his communication and promptness. Rained hard while we were there and Tala Bay management and the host checked on us, willing to come help if needed. Good working appliances- kettle, microwave, refrigerator. Space was mostly clean, AC worked wonderfully, TV was functional, plenty of out door furniture.
The apartment was sparse. While 7 beds were advertised there were 2 king beds and a couple of mattresses but just very thin bedding on the beds with no extra linens or blankets. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen had a few bowls and plates and minimal silverware. Several things we, as foreigners, would expect in a kitchen including a dust pan and dishwashing liquid, maybe a few trash bags were missing. We would stay again just come much better prepared next time.

Loved the location and space. Incredibly comfortable furniture, plenty of extra bedding, beautiful balcony. AC worked great along with other appliances. Kitchen was well enough stocked although we didn’t cook at all.
Fast and easy communication with the owners for check in and check out! I was really impressed at how easy it was! Even offered two sets of keys!
Was pretty dirty but I think maybe some effort was made and it seemed like the bedding was clean when we arrived.
