Villa Lapisa

The location was fantastic in old town, Dubrovnik. The amenities were brand new. And very well kept. We were able to spend the day out in town and come back for a midday rest and then go back out again without worrying about taxis. The host was absolutely fantastic and even offered to help with the luggage to the place.

There’s nothing that the owners can do about it, but there are a lot of steps to the property so make sure you only bring small carry-on size luggage is. There are also a lot of stairs from the first floor to the fourth floor, which might make it tough for those who cannot climb steps. The hot tub was not operational.

Beautiful property, excellent location. Every little detail was thought of in advance. Loved having good AC and a mini gym. The coffee set up was perfect and breakfast vouchers! The place was spotless. I would definitely return here with my family or a small group of friends. Loved having separate bedrooms for the kids so they could sleep in after the jet lag but my husband and I got up and went for a walk and worked out.

My only complaint was that the mattresses in the master bedroom was very firm. It could use a pillow topper. You also need to be fine with stairs!

The location and all the comforts were considered. And tons of space.

Amazing 5 Star apartment in the heart of Old city Dubrovnik! Beautifully appointed apartment from design, comfort & views! Location is perfect, walkable to many sights, shopping & eateries. There are stairs to apartment, recommend carry on luggage and in decent shape. Owners are attentive to every need, with great recommendations for dining.
