An amazing property in a good location. Really generous welcome basket, clean in most areas, comfortable beds, good showers. Good quality furniture and appliances. Received a call to say we could check in early and a text to say we didn’t have to leave bang on time. On the whole faultless
There’s way too much communication from the self catering property who run it and a list of terms and conditions you have to accept. You have to pay a £150 deposit which you are inundated with reasons why you won’t get this back. For example £50 knocked off for not stripping the beds or recycling properly or not taking the bins out on the right day. I genuinely felt uneasy about staying in the place before we’d even arrived. It’s a shame because it’s lovely but at the higher price end you shouldn’t be stripping beds, lugging bins up flights of stairs and getting bombarded 24 hours before departure with a reminder of everything you need to do before you depart. I will also add that it was spotless apart from the knee down. The skirting boards, power switches, behind bins in toilets etc were filthy. I’d stop short of not recommending it but at the price they are charging the whole attitude towards the guest needs rethought and calmed down.

The apartment is fantastic! Large, well equipped, big comfortable beds. Kitchen was equipped with some breakfast staples. Bathrooms were large, modern luxury. Very convenient access to walk downtown. Apartment manager gave a call to ensure things were going well, very pleasant.
The only very minor negative was the need to keep a paid parking sticker in the car window.
