We spent two nights there and it was very good, free and safe parking place for our car, friendly host, clean, confortable beds (not the pillows), kitchen compact but usable.
A bar of soap, and hairdryer would have been handy.

Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, obwohl das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnsiedlung steht. 'Unser' Parkplatz befand sich direkt am Haus. In 20 Minuten kann man zu Fuß Goslar (Markt) erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral und bietet Möglichkeiten für viele Ausflüge. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist qualitativ nicht ansprechend. Die Wohnung wurde mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern, unsauber (Farbflecken, nicht passende Fußleisten) renoviert. Die Badezimmertür klemmt. Der kleine Balkon ist mit einem ungepflegten Bastsichtschutz versehen. Leider finde ich den Mietpreis für die Wohnung zu hoch. Aber das ist in Deutschland momentan wohl so üblich...
