The apartment is clean, in excellent condition, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, creating a heavenly atmosphere! Very close to the Tunis Cathedral—perfect for evening walks, with plenty of restaurants nearby and taxis easily available. A supermarket downstairs—what more could you ask for?
I didn't dislike anything, but a kettle in the kitchen might be useful. A small duster for cleaning up remains in the kitchen area, and a compact chopping board would also be helpful. The owners are friendly and approachable.

Le gardien est toujours dispo à tout heure au cas où. L’appartement en lui même est vraiment spacieux : 3 chambre, 2 salles de bain, une très grande pièce à vivre. C’est vraiment un très bel appartement au centre de Tunis.

Posizione eccellente, di fianco al consolato francese e sotto un supermercato. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e bus/taxi.
La sera non è molto raccomandato uscire, c'è come una spece di coprifuoco con quelle poche persone un po losche.

Nice and spaceious apartment right next to the French embassy and the Medina of Tunis. The host replied quicly to any questions and the lady meeting us at the apartment was realy friendly. There was also a convenient key-box outside of the apartment, so we did not have to arrive at a specific time.
