Excelente ubicación. Parking incluido (fundamental en Palermo). Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Todo limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días. Heladera pequeña, lavarropas, aire acondicionado, cocina, utensilios, cafetera.

Ha sido buen sitio muy bien situado , todo en orden y el anfitrión muy amable .

This was a pretty average apartment. Most things were functional (except the wi-fi which just didn’t work for either myself or my partner) but there was nothing really great about it. It was relatively quiet at night. It’s on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. The ground level door is secured with a door code.

The wi-fi didn’t work so we just used my mobile roaming as a hotspot. The interior of the apartment had some very strange parts - a wall with translucent blue panel lighting, storage cabinetry that protruded into the living area, the washing machine on the balcony. Also the balcony overlooks an unsightly roof and narrow street below so it’s not attractive to sit there even though there is a nice little table and chair set. No internal dining table. The location is just off a street with high fashion store so if you like shopping it’s good but it’s a 10-15 min walk to the streets where all the atmosphere, fun and markets are located.
