Excellent séjour dans ce logement. Bien situé pour le festival fest'art. Dans un quartier avec tout ce qu il faut.

Chambre aménagée avec beaucoup de goût.La literie est excellente. Climatisation très appréciable.Propreté irréprochable Frigo et possibilité de faire une boisson chaude. Chambre complètement indépendante. Et surtout propriétaires extrêmement accueillants et sympathiques.

Nous sommes allées rendre visite à un membre de notre famille à l’hôpital juste à côté. Très bon emplacement dans notre situation. A seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare et de la zone centrale de Libourne. Petit appartement charmant. Un peu exigüe pour deux personnes avec de grosses valises mais parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple avec peu de bagages. Salle de bain rénovée et bien éclairée, chauffage réglable. On n’entend ps trop le bruit du traffic. Propriétaire très flexibles et accommodants.
Seulement un petit soucis de douche qui a fuit.
