The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
3 of the bedrooms are at the basement and the other two are at the first floor. We had mold in one of the rooms and cockroaches in the rooms at the basement. We contacted the property but they denied it was mold, they said it was a water stain, but it was black and the house smelled like mold.
There weren't toilet brushes in all of the bathrooms and the ones that we had where broken or gross.
We stayed for 12 nights and the didn't clean the house once and they didn't change our towels.
We also didn't have beach towels.
The maintanance is really bad and the company that manages the property doesn't really care about tourists or solving their problems.
