Great location and amenities in the building. The view from the gym and swimming pools is amazing!

The room is fairly small, even the luggage standing there becomes a small issue. It has washing machine but nowhere to hang clothes. We tried contacting the host to upgrade the room but never received a response (in 4 days).

Amazing appartement, nice view and even a pool. Will stay here surely. Highly value the security and closed off corridor

Nice design, well equiped appartment. Nice building facilities: gym, swimming pool in the rooftop, laundry room, etc.

First of all one should realize that it is located in a very noisy area of Pattaya while walls and window seem like made out of paper - they don't provide any protection from the noise, so be prepared for the loud music till 4 a.m. Secondly, the appartment is small, so even with one person using A.C. during night is a must, otherwise it's more like a sauna than a bedroom. With two people it must be really hard. And with this small footage of the room, it will be very windy with A.C., which is far from comfortable. Last but not least - pretty much no contact from the person who mananges this rental. No support during the stay, especially when the AC stopped working.
