Le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueillis; nous a donné des explications pratiques et il est très arrangeant. 👌L'appartement est bien situé, pas bruyant, conforme aux photos. Pas de place de parking attitrée mais aucun souci de parking devant l'immeuble et sous les arbres. Bien équipé, bonne literie, le balcon est un plus. Beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter sur La Rochelle (plein de prospectus déjà dans l'appartement). Accessibilité à l'île de Ré facilement.
Peut-être ajouter une chaise et/ou des patères dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain...c'est une suggestion ...pas un avis négatif 😉

Vraiment un bel accueil de la part du proprio .Il nous a laissé une bouteille de vin.L’appartement est très beau et propre !

It’s a great apartment in a great location, 20 minutes walk into town. Free on street parking is an added bonus. Will definitely be back when next in La Rochelle.
