Le jardin et la piscine intérieure, le logement équipé d'une cuisine.
L'emplacement juste derrière la route et le rond-point: il est impossible, même fenêtres fermées, de dormir, en raison du bruit des véhicules (motos en particulier) jusque tard, avec une brève accalmie au coeur de la nuit.
