Great location and perfect size for my family
The upstairs air conditioner is a little noisy and operates oddly … it tends to cut on and off a lot, creating a lot of noise at night.

The location was great. At the end of the street u can see all of cedar point and the fireworks. Adults chilled downstairs and kids played game’s upstairs in the bunk room.
Lake Erie bugs thank goodness Lake Erie spiders are there to eat em.

Very peaceful. Close to downtown and cedar point. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly.
The mosquitoes in the boat dock but that's expected during the summer time.
