L'appartamento è grande e luminoso, ben arredato. La zona è più tranquilla rispetto al centro ma nello stesso tempo comoda: sia l'area pedonale che la spiaggia sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. I proprietari ci hanno procurato anche le biciclette a noleggio e secondo me è la scelta migliore per girare San Benedetto; tra l'altro la pista ciclabile passa proprio davanti all'alloggio. Il paese alto si trova a pochi minuti a piedi ed è davvero bello e caratteristico: consiglio vivamente di visitarlo. I proprietari di So.Fi. Home sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. Consigliatissimo.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would happily book this apartment again. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and the city center, making it easy to enjoy everything San Benedetto del Tronto has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable for our family. We visited during the height of summer, and the AC worked incredibly well—even by U.S. standards, which is high praise! It kept the entire apartment cool and comfortable at all times. The hosts were truly exceptional....everything from helping us find organized activities for our kids, heling us find urgent medical care when one of our kids was quite sick, to local events while we were there. They went so far beyond what we could ever has asked or expected. They were friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond. They clearly take great pride in the property and genuinely want their guests to have a wonderful stay. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in, and it became a place we genuinely looked forward to coming home to each day. We were honestly sad to leave and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting San Benedetto del Tronto. We can not wait to come back!!

Everything was perfect. I don't have any complaints, and wouldn't change a thing!

Obiekt bardzo przestronny (dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki i duży salon), winda i miejsce postojowe na prywatnym podwórku jest bardzo dużym atutem. Apartament, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni właściciele.

The property was perfect for our vacation . Very clean and spacious. Everything is new . 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 5.
