Modern Studio in Damac Hills with Pool and Gym

Location was brilliant for me as the commute avoided traffic, also the space of the apartment was ample. Check in information was on point

Not so much the property but I think it’s more the fine details that were the problem, for example mould on bottom of curtain in bath/shower, the size of the bath/shower curtain was so big that it limited the space in the bathtub itself. Then things like washing up sponge, washing liquid and washing detergent were all missing. I think when it comes to hospitality tips need to be taken from Deluxe Holiday Homes as they are brilliant. I messaged about extending my stay 48 hours ago and I still have not even had an acknowledgment. Checkout was more a tick box exercise never even met the team behind this property management throughout my entire stay. Doorbell didn’t work at first and they wanted a video to show doorbell ain’t working, I mean just send someone right as a video won’t fix anything. They eventually did and to my surprise I came to the apartment to find 2 guys in it in my absence. Did not appreciate that at all
