The location and view were amazing

Beautiful settings, stone houses and views, which felt like an obvious choice in that respect. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice, unobtrusive staff on site (although unresponsive to questions I sent in advance).
Our room felt somewhat austere.
Breakfast was a bit on the dull side.
The climb up by car is not a problem if you're an experienced driver, with only one short steep section, about 10 meters long, which is more easily handled if you gather some momentum. Be advised that your car will collect a fair amount of fine white dust, mainly in the back, if that bothers you.

In my opinion the breakfast didn’t have the variety I’m used to in my country but that’s probably the Sicilian breakfast.

The views from the property are fantastic and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily. Fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries. The home made marmalade was really tasty. There was a nice terrace at the property with shade.
The room was very basic. The air con was good but the shower in the bathroom was unusable due to the door coming off its rails. The track to the property is rough but passable if done slowly. It’s not really walkable at night due to condition, being up hill and no lighting. It would have been a peaceful stay if it wasn’t for one of the hosts using a petrol strimmer close by at 20:20 hrs for about half an hour which ruined the peace.
