Apartment worth 50% price. Avoid until renovated.
Good location and great view.
Owner did not prepare apartment for arrival (claimed that agency (Novasol) did not inform him- However, I see similar review from other guests). Apartment is simply false marketing. Showing some nice pictures and hiding completely outdated parts (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms). Aparment is not properly insulated and A/C ha not power to cool it down (it was approx 30C every night of stay). Apartment was simply dirty showing no signs of serious cleaing for years. Linen and towels were very old and questionably clean. Owner obviously avoids any renovation cost. Big dissapointment.
