Charming spot, unbeatable location!

Great location that's walkable to major sights and markets. Nice kitchen to prepare meals, large bathroom and great natural light. Perfect for one person space-wise or a very close couple.

Can be noisy late at night from the bar patrons right next door. It's up at the top of the building, so prepare for lots of stairs. Couldn't figure out how to use the smart TV functions. Was very warm at night, even with open windows and ceiling fan on.

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage liegt sehr zentral, quasi fast neben der Arena. Der Bahnhof ist auch nur ein kleiner Spaziergang entfernt. Ebenso das Mainson Caree oder der Jardin de la Fontain. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine kleine Küche und eine bequeme Schlafcouch. Der Kontakt Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie ist sehr nett und gibt gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen.

Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Unterkunft im oberen Stockwerk liegt. Das Treppenhaus ist auch recht schmal. Für mich war das jetzt kein Problem, sollte man aber über umfangreiches, schweres Gepäck verfügen, könnte es schon etwas unangenehm werden.

Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können! man ist in unter einer Minute beim Amphitheater und kann alles perfekt zu Fuss erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (inkl. sehr gute Klimaanlage). Es war sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin hat kurz bevor wir gekommen sind frisch geputzt! Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Lieu de séjour typique de Nîmes

C'était super d'être dans un bâtiment typique de Nîmes au cœur de la vieille ville. Je me suis sentie libre et bien accueillie par Isabelle qui m'a donné plein de précisions et de trucs pour me faciliter l'integration. Merci à elle. C'était super aussi d'avoir un frigo silencieux, une clim, une agréable salle de bain et un bon matelas.

Il faut s'attendre à monter quelques escaliers pour accéder au studio. Ça peut être considéré comme difficile par temps de canicule mais ça entretient bien le cœur :-) Il y a aussi l'animation de la rue la nuit qui peut être gênante mais c'est le son du cœur de la ville et cela m'a fait plaisir de m'y baigner

Un excellent choix pour plus de liberté.

Emplacement très central, proche des Arènes. Studio lumineux, calme et spacieux.

Forcément les quatre étages sans ascenseur mais j'avais été prévenu et je voyageais léger. Dans un immeuble ancien on ne peut pas s'attendre à certaines commodités, c'est normal. Les équipements étaient très satisfaisants mais j'aurais apprécié un siège confortable (fauteuil).

Ein netter Besuch in Nimes

Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal und das Appartement hat genau die richtige Größe für mich als Alleinreisende. Werde ich bestimmt für einen weiteren Besuch in Nimes nochmals buchen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auch immer schnell geantwortet.

Obwohl mir bewusst war, dass das Appartement in der 4. Etage liegt, war es anstrengend meine schwere Tasche herauf zu hiefen. Das nächste Mal werde ich sicherlich leichter packen.
