Disappointed.

The gardens and swimming pool were lovely. So was the building. Communication with the owner before we arrived was good.

Fans in the living room and bedroom were filthy. Even if clean, not being able to have the fan on without also having the light on in the living room would make on sleeping on the sofa bed uncomfortable during the hot weather. We were that put off that we did not stay the night.

Lokalizacja , basen ogród wszystko piękne i zadbane.

Mieszkanie wymaga wymiany mebli które są nasiąknięte wilgocią . Przez co w mieszkaniu jest zapach wilgoci. Ale ogólnie czysto. Mieszkanie nie ma klimatyzacji . I brak leżaków z których można korzystać na basenie. Te które są należą do właścicieli mieszkań .

Los jardines y las dos piscinas

Le pongo una estrella porque la parte comunitaria de la urbanización, piscina y jardines, es extraordinaria, bonita y muy cuidada, pero la vivienda … se merece un CERO bien grande y con todas las letras. No tiene aire acondicionado, en su lugar hay dos ventiladores, uno colgado en el techo del salón y otro en el único dormitorio. Ambos llenos de polvo, que esparcen por las habitaciones cuando los usas. Además este último hace mucho ruido, así que por las noches tienes dos opciones: no dormir por el calor (apagado), o no dormir por el ruido (encendido). Solo hay una toalla para todos los inquilinos. El cuarto de baño tiene el mueble del lavabo roto y se le sale la espuma de su interior. La bañera tiene el esmalte roto y se ve óxido en el interior del agujero. Éste está tapado con una poco higiénica alfombrilla de plástico resbaladiza y peligrosa. No hay productos de higiene, así que si queréis ir, llevaros vuestro gel y champú. Una de las dos puertas del armario no corre, está atrancada, y en la otra hay unas baldas viejas y desconchadas. Además huele a humedad, así que no se puede utilizar. La cama no es cómoda, y las almohadas tampoco. El mobiliario es escaso, barato, roto y viejo, y los enchufes están rotos. El televisor no sintoniza ningún canal, solo sirve como radio. El toldo está sucísimo y roto Y la guinda del pastel, vimos dos ratas en la casa. Todo esto lo acredito mediante las fotografías que adjunto

Il residence in cui si trova l’appartamento è davvero molto bello: curato, tranquillo e ben tenuto, con spazi comuni piacevoli e puliti.

Purtroppo, l’appartamento in sé è stato una grande delusione. Al nostro arrivo era visibilmente sporco, con polvere ovunque e pavimenti non lavati. I mobili sono vecchi e in cattivo stato: alcuni rovinati, altri malandati al punto da sembrare trascurati da anni. Peccato, perché con un po’ più di attenzione e manutenzione, l’alloggio potrebbe essere all’altezza del contesto in cui si trova.

Lo que no me gusto primero fue que el apartamento estaba sucio había hasta colillas en el suelo y más cosas y luego el visto que hacía mucho viento en la ubicación no se podía ni bañarse en la piscina y para rematar el afuera estaba lleno de jabalíes yo flipé, el llegar con el coche y no poder bajarte por que el exterior estaba lleno de jabalíes rodeándome tuve miedo hasta que de casualidad vino un hombre de seguridad a salvarnos por 200€ la noche no merece nada la pena sinceramente

Apartamento muy limpio, bien ubicado y totalmente equipado. Ideal para una estancia cómoda y tranquila. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, facilitando el check-in y checkout y ofreciendo recomendaciones útiles. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo!

A localização que fica numa zona muito agradável. O jardim impecavelmente cuidado. Até tem uma zona para churrasco bem cuidada. Muito fácil o contato com anfitrião. Voltaria sem dúvida

Não ter ar condicionado. Fui em setembro, nem quer imaginar em agosto com 40 graus! Faltam copos na cozinha!
